Curro Rodriguez and Julia Giraudo created GUSTO Marbella in 2008 as a private & event catering company for selective clients on the coast fom Gibraltar to Malaga and beyond. Contemporary cuisine and consummate service presented with aplomb and style.

 

Curro designs contemporary menus specifically for each client, bringing forward the Spanish and Mediterranean culture of many classic dishes. However, his love of travel and his inquisitive palate have given him the abiility to savor, understand and remember dishes and recipes, combinations of spices and cooking techniques, to then very confidently recreate them to perfection. He has a natural instinct for knowing what fusions will work well and what won´t. He loves food.

Julia has spent many years in London managing corporate events and her organizing skills are the key to the correct delivery of the event. She has a great understanding of wines and how to make an event special, surprising and deliver anything you wish to see on your table, beautifully presented and perfectly executed. She has also travelled the world learning about food, wine and presentation techniques.

Sara is our on the ground co-ordinator and person to person liasion. She has great man management skills and knows how to guide the team. She make all thing look easy and never seems to be stressed in any situation, a quality hard to come by. She can relate across the board with all people and is loved by brides and delivery men equally.

We also have a wide pool of flexible, experienced staff that we can cll upon to expand our team for larger coferences or events. From the intimate venue dinner to the glamours wedding GUSTO provide a bespoke, detailed service as per your requirements.
